Josh Hokit is getting the full spotlight treatment ahead of his showdown with Derrick Lewis, as UFC has rolled out a new promotional video titled “The Real Side Of Josh Hokit.”
Hokit is set to face Lewis at UFC Freedom 250 on Sun., June 14, 2026, on the White House’s South Lawn in Washington, D.C., in an event being held to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary. Hokit enters the bout as a -410 betting favorite against Lewis, who is described as the all-time leader in UFC knockouts.
The new promo dives into Hokit’s college wrestling and football background and highlights his flair for showmanship, including his creation of “The Incredible Hok” persona. The undefeated UFC Heavyweight prospect is also known for multiple over-the-top characters such as “Trash-Talking Vato” and “The Arrogant Title Contender.”
Hokit previously defeated his first two UFC Heavyweight opponents before meeting Curtis Blaydes in a highly regarded bout, quickly rising to contender status. UFC Freedom 250 is described as the biggest stage the promotion has ever created, providing a major platform for both Hokit and Lewis, also known as “The Black Beast.”
