UFC Locks In Q2 2026 Schedule With Multiple High-Stakes Title Fights
04-04-26

The UFC has finalized its schedule for the second quarter of 2026, laying out a three-month run that features multiple championship bouts and the unique UFC Freedom 250 card.

The promotion will stage three numbered events and nine Fight Nights through June 27, with six arena shows, five META Apex events, and one White House card. Four of the 12 events in April, May and June will take place outside the U.S. All cards will stream on Paramount+, while UFC Freedom 250 will also air live on CBS.

At UFC 327, Jiri Prochazka is set to face Carlos Ulberg for the vacant light heavyweight title in the main event, and Joshua Van will meet Tatsuro Taira for the flyweight title in the co-main. Khamzat Chimaev, who won the middleweight championship in August prior to this schedule, will defend his belt against Sean Strickland at UFC 328.

UFC Freedom 250 is planned as a White House card, an idea mentioned by President Donald Trump almost a year before the event. The card will be headlined by a lightweight title unifier between Ilia Topuria and Justin Gaethje, with Ciryl Gane taking on Alex Pereira for the interim heavyweight title in the co-main event.

One reaction to the packed slate summed it up in two words: "real ugly".
