UFC Fight Night 275 athletes collectively received $188,500 in UFC Promotional Guidelines Compliance payouts at the event in Perth, Australia.
The card, which took place at RAC Arena and streamed in full on Paramount+, featured names such as Carlos Prates, Jack Della Maddalena, Quillan Salkilld, Beneil Dariush, Steve Erceg, Tim Elliott, Tai Tuivasa and more among the recipients of the compliance pay.
Under the UFC’s Promotional Guidelines Compliance program, fighters with 1-3 UFC bouts are paid $4,000 per appearance, while those with 21 or more bouts receive $21,000 per appearance.
The compliance system replaced the previous UFC Athlete Outfitting Policy and ties payments to outfitting requirements, media obligations and other items in the fighter code of conduct. In addition to event-based payouts, fighters receive in perpetuity royalty payments amounting to 20-30 percent of UFC merchandise sold that bears their likeness.
