UFC Fight Night 273 competitors collectively received $176,500 in UFC Promotional Guidelines Compliance payouts tied to the event.
The card took place at Canada Life Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, with the entire lineup streaming on Paramount+. Athletes on the bill included names such as Mike Malott, Gilbert Burns, Charles Jourdain, Kyler Phillips, Jai Herbert, Mandel Nallo, Jasmine Jasudavicius, Karine Silva, Gauge Young, Thiago Moises, Marcio Barbosa, Dennis Buzukja, Robert Valentin, Julien Leblanc, Gokhan Saricam, Tanner Boser, Melissa Croden, Daria Zhelezniakova, JJ Aldrich, Jamey-Lyn Horth, John Castaneda, Mark Vologdin, John Yannis, and Jamie Siraj.
The UFC Promotional Guidelines Compliance program replaces the former UFC Athlete Outfitting Policy payments. Payouts are determined by the number of total bouts a fighter has under the UFC banner, as well as Zuffa-era WEC and Strikeforce appearances, with tiered amounts ranging from $4,000 to $21,000 per fight.
Funded through Venum’s multi-year sponsorship with the UFC, the program also covers outfitting requirements, media obligations, and other code of conduct items. Champions receive $42,000 in compliance pay while title challengers earn $32,000, contributing to a program-to-date total of $41,980,000 in payouts.
