UFC 330 is officially set for Saturday, August 15, as the promotion returns to Philadelphia with a championship bout expected to headline at the Xfinity Mobile Arena.

Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro and UFC CEO Dana White announced the event on The Pat McAfee Show, marking the first numbered UFC card in the city in fifteen years. According to TKO Group Holdings, a title fight is expected to top the bill, with the full card and ticket details to be revealed in the coming weeks.

"Pennsylvania is thrilled to host UFC 330 in Philadelphia, the first time a championship bout is coming back to the Commonwealth in fifteen years," Shapiro said. He added, "This is a huge year for Pennsylvania – all eyes are on the Commonwealth as we celebrate America 250 and host some of the biggest sporting events in the world in the place where it all started."

Shapiro also highlighted the broader sports slate in the state: "From UFC and March Madness to the FIFA World Cup and the NFL Draft, we’re excited to host world class sporting events that will bring with them incredible opportunities for our businesses, our communities, and our fans. The Commonwealth is all in and we look forward to welcoming UFC back to Pennsylvania."

UFC 330 will be the organization’s first visit to Philadelphia since a 2019 UFC Fight Night headlined by Justin Gaethje vs. Edson Barboza, and the first numbered event since Rashad Evans faced Tito Ortiz in 2011. Current Philadelphia-based UFC fighters include Sean Brady and Joe Pyfer, with Pyfer coming off a win over Israel Adesanya.
