The Florida Athletic Commission has handed out a wave of medical suspensions following UFC 327 in Miami on April 11, with multiple fighters facing indefinite time on the shelf.

Six athletes from the card received indefinite suspensions that require medical clearance before they can compete again. Carlos Ulberg, who suffered a knee injury against Jiri Prochazka and underwent surgery for a torn ACL, is among those indefinitely sidelined. Prochazka, who was knocked out in the first round of the UFC 327 main event, also received an indefinite suspension.

Curtis Blaydes was issued an indefinite suspension after his three-round fight with Josh Hokit, in which he sustained a fractured orbital bone and a broken nose. Blaydes plans to have surgery on the orbital fracture and hopes to return to competition in 2026. Azamat Murzakanov, Dominick Reyes, and Johnny Walker also received indefinite suspensions pending medical clearance.

Josh Hokit was given a 45-day suspension and is already scheduled to face Derrick Lewis at the UFC White House card. Patricio Pitbull and Chris Padilla likewise received 45-day suspensions.

Cub Swanson, Nate Landwehr, Aaron Pico, Kevin Holland, Randy Brown, Charles Radtke, and Francisco Prado were each issued 30-day suspensions, while Kelvin Gastelum received a 21-day suspension.

UFC 327 in Miami was described as providing some of the best action so far in 2026 with several highlight-reel finishes. Prochazka, who lost a chance to become a two-time UFC champion in the main event, returned home after the event and welcomed the birth of his first daughter. Dana White said Carlos Ulberg plans to stay in Las Vegas to rehab and recover at the UFC Performance Institute.
