Ari Emanuel’s total compensation as chief executive officer of TKO Group Holdings, the UFC’s parent company, jumped to more than $67 million for 2025.
According to disclosures, Emanuel earned just over $18 million in total compensation in 2024, before that figure rose to $67,361,782 for 2025.
His 2025 package includes a $3 million base salary, more than $11 million in bonuses, and $43.8 million in stock awards, along with additional non-equity incentive and other compensation.
President and COO Mark Shapiro also saw a pay increase at TKO Group Holdings, moving from $31.96 million in total compensation in 2024 to $42.64 million in 2025.
TKO Group Holdings was created as an amalgamation of the UFC and WWE before adding other properties, and is publicly traded with WME Group as the primary stockholder. As part of a deal led by Silver Lake Financial that took WME Group private in 2025, Emanuel received an additional $173.8 million and now serves as executive chairman of WME Group.
