Paulo Costa will face Azamat Murzakanov in the co-main event of UFC 327, a light heavyweight bout set for Saturday at Kaseya Center in Miami.
The matchup is scheduled at 205 pounds, with Costa entering at 15-4 in MMA and 7-4 in the UFC, while Murzakanov brings an undefeated 16-0 MMA record and a 6-0 UFC mark. The fight is expected to start at approximately 10:40 p.m. ET and will stream live on Paramount+.
Costa, known as "The Eraser," returned to the win column in July with a unanimous decision over Roman Kopylov. He is 2-3 since his 2020 title shot against Israel Adesanya, which was followed by back-to-back losses to Robert Whittaker and Sean Strickland.
Murzakanov, nicknamed "The Professional," has finished five UFC opponents: Tafon Nchukwi, Devin Clark, Alonzo Menifield, Brendson Ribeiro and Aleksandar Rakic, as he looks to extend his perfect record on the UFC 327 stage.
