Ruziboev finished Pulyaev by rear-naked choke on the preliminary card, with the stoppage coming at 3:58 of the first round. The result moves his professional record to 37-9-2 with 2 no contests, and improves his UFC mark to 5-1.
The 32-year-old’s current win streak includes victories over Dustin Stoltzfus and Eric McConico. His lone promotional setback came in a welterweight bout against Joaquin Buckley at UFC St. Louis in May 2024.
