Money Moicano MMA 1 Draws Huge YouTube Crowd, Wild Main Event Finish
25-05-26

Money Moicano MMA 1 made a chaotic debut in Sao Paolo, Brazil, with Jair Farias edging Ricardo de Almeida by split decision in the pro MMA main event.

The inaugural Money Moicano MMA card was live streamed on Renato Moicano’s YouTube channel and had already amassed nearly 600,000 views as of Monday morning, peaking at 60,000 live viewers. The show mixed pro and sanctioned amateur MMA, highlighted by a subscriber-fight segment branded as "Rinha de Inscritos".

In that series, Riquelme Fofo defeated Kaua Rosemberg by TKO after Rosemberg quit on the stool and then fainted before the result was read. Daniel Sovietico stopped Eduardo Lumbriga with ground-and-pound late in Round 1 to become the first "Rinha de Inscritos" champion, while a middleweight bout between Fofo and Rosemberg was promoted as "Lulista vs. Bolsonarista".

Elsewhere on the card, Hector Santiago knocked out Paulo Nogueira with a right hand in the opening round to move to 6-1, and Miguel Porto stopped Thiago Vieira by second-round TKO. Instagram personality Aguidda Miranda, also known as Aguidasinha, posed with the "Rinha de Inscritos" paper belt.

The promotion also drew attention by using an octagon girl who removed a piece of clothing for every 10,000 likes on the YouTube stream. Money Moicano MMA is expected to return in October for its second show.
