Max Holloway will face Conor McGregor in a welterweight rematch in the main event of UFC 329 in Las Vegas.
The matchup comes after Holloway’s unanimous decision win over Dustin Poirier in their 25-minute clash at UFC 318 in July 2025, which served as Poirier’s retirement fight. That victory added to Holloway’s momentum as the only fighter to have defended the UFC's BMF belt.
Holloway enters UFC 329 with a 27-9 record in MMA and 23-9 in the UFC, while McGregor holds a 22-6 mark in MMA and 10-4 in the UFC.
Holloway and McGregor previously met at featherweight in a 2013 UFC bout, and their upcoming showdown in Las Vegas marks their second meeting, this time up at welterweight.
