Machine Gun Kelly has reignited his feud with Conor McGregor, unloading on the former UFC champion after McGregor’s injury-shortened return at UFC 329.
McGregor’s comeback ended in just 69 seconds when he suffered a knee injury from a spinning roundhouse kick, and Machine Gun Kelly quickly seized on the moment, mocking him on the night of the fight and again the following day on Instagram. One jab circulating online read, "knees weak of old age, the real Conor can’t stand up."
On Monday, McGregor announced he plans to have surgery on the injured knee, but that did nothing to slow the musician’s attacks. "I’m aware I did a post yesterday, and I should probably apologize for absolutely nothing, homie," Machine Gun Kelly said, before escalating further: "F*ck this dude. That’s how beef works. We don’t like each other."
Machine Gun Kelly also revisited their 2021 VMA red carpet altercation, where security separated the two. "I already did. That’s why this picture exists of this little leprechaun punching up and missing me and me not flinching," he said, later adding, "Where the f*ck is the rest of the footage where we toss this little guy like a piece of dirty drawers across the red carpet?"
The musician continued with a series of insults aimed at McGregor’s appearance and performance, saying, "Worst 10 seconds I’ve ever seen. Thanks for the walkout being longer than the fight. You wasted everyone’s time. It’s pissing me off." Machine Gun Kelly has a history of public feuds, including with UFC middleweight champion Sean Strickland and rapper Eminem.
