Katie Taylor Set to Headline Croke Park Against Unbeaten Flora Pili
05-06-26

Katie Taylor is finally set to headline Croke Park in Dublin, with the 39-year-old champion booked to face unbeaten French fighter Flora Pili in a stadium main event on Friday.

Taylor will top the bill at the 82,000-seat venue in a fight where she is expected to defend her IBF title against mandatory challenger Pili. Taylor enters the bout holding the IBF, WBA and WBO championships and a professional record of 25-1.

Pili, 28, brings a 12-0 record with two knockouts into the headliner and currently holds the IBO title. The matchup gives her the opportunity to challenge Taylor on the biggest stage of the Irish star’s career.

Taylor previously fought twice at Dublin’s 3 Arena in 2023 against Chantelle Cameron, splitting the results with one loss and one win. She has not competed since last July, when she beat Amanda Serrano by majority decision in their trilogy fight.

Headlining Croke Park had been described as a dream for Taylor, and that dream is now scheduled to take place with Pili in the opposing corner.
