Justin Gaethje captured a TKO victory over Ilia Topuria after a doctor stoppage ended their co-main event clash at UFC White House on June 14 in Washington, D.C.

Gaethje defeated Topuria by fourth-round TKO at the 5:00 mark, with the cageside physician waving off the bout following an inspection. The fight was officiated by referee Marc Goddard and aired live on Paramount+.

During the finishing sequence, commentary highlighted Topuria’s condition, noting he "can’t see out of his right eye!" Moments later came the follow-up: he "can’t see, and it appears that his team has called it."
