Justin Gaethje Claims UFC Freedom 250 Gold, Truck Coming Next

Justin Gaethje walked away from UFC Freedom 250 with the undisputed lightweight title, a massive bonus haul, and the promise of a brand-new truck from Arman Tsarukyan.

Gaethje defeated Ilia Topuria by corner stoppage between the fourth and fifth rounds on Sun., June 14, 2026, on the South Lawn in Washington, D.C., capturing the 155-pound crown at an event held as UFC celebrated America’s 250th anniversary. The card aired live on Paramount+.

Post-fight, Gaethje made it clear what he wanted next. “I need a new truck,” he said, later adding, “I’ll take a Ram. I’m due for a new truck. My truck is a 2020. I bought it when I beat Tony Ferguson, and it’s got about 65,000 miles on it, so send it.”

Tsarukyan, who won $5.7 million after betting on Gaethje to defeat Topuria, quickly committed to making that happen. “Of course [I’m getting him a truck]. I just checked what color he wants,” he said, noting, “I’m [competing] July 12, and then I’m competing on July 18 in St. Louis, and after that, I’m going to bring him a truck. ... Dana White said Ram, so I’m going to get him a Ram.”

“Ram is a UFC official sponsor, so maybe they will give me a discount, 15 or 10 percent,” Tsarukyan added. “But if they don’t, it’s okay, it’s not that expensive.”

Gaethje also secured $825,000 in post-fight bonuses on a night that saw Tsarukyan already lined up for Real American Freestyle matches, including a booked bout with Colby Covington.
