Jon Jones has been accused of involvement in a road-rage confrontation in Albuquerque, N.M., after a local driver posted video and details of the encounter on social media.

Bryan Beltran reported on Instagram that he was almost hit three times by a black truck he says was driven by Jones in Albuquerque, writing that he was "almost hit 3 times" and that he "flipped him off" in response. Beltran stated the truck then followed him into a parking lot, where Jones confronted him.

Beltran recorded a first-person video showing Jones exiting his truck, approaching him, briefly engaging, then walking away. In the clip, Jones can be heard saying, "You gotta calm down, bro. You gotta relax yourself, bro." Beltran wrote that he did not initially recognize Jones but later realized who he was and expressed a desire to "squash the beef," saying he had no hard feelings.

Jones is described as a former UFC champion, 38, with a years-long history of run-ins with the law, and he remains retired from the UFC. He was hoping to be included on the UFC Freedom 250 card at the White House on June 14, but UFC president Dana White said Jones was never in consideration due to trust issues.
