Jason Jackson has a new opponent for Most Valuable Promotions’ debut MMA event, as Jeff Creighton steps in to replace the injured Lorenz Larkin on May 16 at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, Calif.
Jackson was originally scheduled to face Larkin on the Netflix-streamed card, but Larkin withdrew from the bout due to injury. Creighton has now been tapped as the replacement to meet the former Bellator welterweight champion.
Most Valuable Promotions’ first MMA show is headlined by Ronda Rousey vs. Gina Carano, with Jackson vs. Creighton set for the same event.
Creighton most recently fought in November for LFA, earning a decision win over Diego Bianchini. He rides a streak of six straight decision victories dating back to early 2023, including a split decision win over previously unbeaten Joey Davis in Bellator.
Jackson, a former Bellator welterweight titleholder, upset Yaroslav Amosov to claim that belt and is coming off a split decision loss to Thad Jean in the 2025 PFL tournament.
