Former KSW champion Salahdine Parnasse is closing in on his next move, with his coach and manager confirming the French standout is in the final stages of negotiations on a new promotional deal.
Parnasse, 28, is currently a free agent after completing his KSW contract and taking a one-off bout with Most Valuable Promotions on the Rousey vs. Carano event on Netflix. The options on the table for his next home include the UFC, Most Valuable Promotions, and a soon-to-be-launched promotion headed by Scott Coker.
Stéphane Chaufourier described the process as intense, saying, "Years of hard work to secure it: THE CHOICE," and adding, "Weeks of negotiations. Parnasse holds a professional record of 23-2 and enjoyed a 16-fight run in KSW, where he captured both the lightweight and featherweight titles. His only career defeats came by knockout to Daniel Torres and in a KSW welterweight title attempt against champion Adrian Bartosinski.
