Dana White Hails UFC White House Card as ‘Biggest Thing Ever’

Dana White says the UFC White House card delivered massive early numbers on Paramount+, calling it the biggest event in the promotion’s history.

Speaking at the UFC Vegas 119 post-fight press conference, White stated that the card drew 17 million viewers, with 7 million average viewers in the United States on Paramount+. He added that about a third of Paramount+ subscribers tuned into the fight.

“I mean a third of their subscribers tuned into the [fight],” White said, later adding, “It was huge and the global number’s massive. That’s going to come out next week. It’s the biggest thing that we’ve ever done. Obviously, the biggest thing ever for the sport.”

White emphasized that full global viewership figures are expected to be released next week and tied the performance to the UFC’s new broadcast era. “My job, I’ve been saying this since the end of the ESPN deal, my job is to deliver for Paramount and boy have we delivered in six months,” he said.

He also noted he is limited in what he can reveal about the event’s success. “There’s two problems: We’re a public company and Paramount is a public company,” White explained. “There’s so many massive wins from that night, but I can’t talk about any of them because they influence stock movement. So there’s so much stuff we can’t tell you.”

“I’m telling you, just watch what happens,” White added. “Wait until you see what we do over the next two years.”
