Colby Covington will face Arman Tsarukyan in the main event of RAF 11 on July 18 at Milwaukee’s UWM Panther Arena.
The matchup was made official by RAF officials after both athletes won and called each other out at RAF 9 in Dallas. Tsarukyan vs. Covington will headline RAF 11, with additional matches expected to be added.
Covington, who retired from the UFC to pursue a more active wrestling career, improved to 3-0 in RAF with a 5-4 victory over Chris Weidman. He was an NCAA All-American at Oregon State and finished fifth in college wrestling.
Tsarukyan moved to 5-0 in RAF with a technical fall win over Mugzy and is scheduled to face Tony Ferguson at RAF 10 before turning around for the Covington showdown. There were rumors that UFC officials were not supportive of active UFC fighters competing in RAF.
