Cody Brundage broke through in a big way on Saturday, stopping Andre Petroski in a middleweight bout at UFC Fight Night 276 at Meta APEX in Las Vegas.

Brundage scored a ground-and-pound TKO just 44 seconds into Round 2, capitalizing after landing a left hand to secure the upset victory.

The win marked Brundage's first since March 2025 and halted a four-fight winless skid. Speaking with Daniel Cormier in his post-fight interview, Brundage said, "It feels great," and added, "I needed this dub. … That's a good one to get my confidence back."

Brundage entered the bout with a 12-9-1 MMA record and 6-8 UFC mark, while Petroski came in at 13-6 MMA and 8-5 UFC.
