Carlos Prates delivered a third-round TKO over former champion Jack Della Maddalena in the main event of UFC Perth at RAC Arena in Australia.
Prates closed the show in the third round to secure the stoppage victory, adding another emphatic finish to his recent run.
The fighter known as "The Nightmare" is now on a three-fight winning streak, all by stoppage, rebounding from a decision loss to Ian Machado Garry in the main event of UFC Kansas City in April 2025.
That surge also includes a knockout of former champion Leon Edwards at UFC 322 in November.
After his win over Della Maddalena, Prates stated he wants and feels he deserves a title shot.
