Carlos Prates is set for the biggest spotlight of his UFC career, as he meets Jack Della Maddalena in the five-round main event of UFC Fight Night 275 this Saturday at RAC Arena in Perth, Western Australia.
The welterweight clash tops the card with Prates entering on the back of a statement win. He knocked out former UFC welterweight champion Leon Edwards at UFC 322 in November, earning a $50,000 Performance of the Night bonus for the finish.
Prates brings a 23-7 overall record and a 6-1 UFC slate into the matchup. Across the cage, hometown headliner Della Maddalena owns an 18-3 mark in MMA and is 8-1 under the UFC banner.
UFC Fight Night 275 will see Prates and Della Maddalena battle over five rounds in Perth’s RAC Arena.
