UFC Freedom 250 left every fighter on the card with a medical suspension, as regulators handed out mandatory time off following Sunday’s event on the White House lawn in Washington DC.

All 14 fighters who competed at UFC Freedom 250 were suspended by the Association of Boxing and Combative Sports Commissions, with several athletes receiving lengthy terms tied to specific injuries and required clearances.

Justin Gaethje was issued a 180-day medical suspension for right wrist and left knee injuries. Ilia Topuria also received a 180-day medical suspension and must obtain clearance from an oral and maxillofacial surgeon before returning.

Alex Pereira was handed a 180-day medical suspension and must receive clearance from a maxillofacial CT scan, while Ciryl Gane was given an eight-day rest suspension.

Andy Foster of the California State Athletic Commission served as one of the head regulators for UFC Freedom 250. Fighters can return before the end of non-mandatory suspensions if they are cleared by a doctor.
